Today I have the Zoya Fall 2017 Lipstick to show you.
Yes, you read that right. I’m going to show you lipstick today! This is my first ever full lipstick post so please bear with me. The Zoya Fall 2017 Lipstick shades are already available and the links are at the end of the post. This set is made up of six must-have ultra wearable shades plus a bonus shade.
ZOYA FALL 2017 LIPSTICK
All seven of these are super creamy and hydrating. I didn’t wear them all for long periods of time but after I swatched them on my arm they stayed on a very long time. A few even stained my skin. But that’s ok. I love when lipstick stains a bit and then you have the “just ate a popsicle” look.
“Addie” is a pink neutral leaning apricot. This may be my favorite of the seven. I love how it is the perfect neutral for my skin tone.
“Bristol” is a medium wine tone. This is one that left a stain on my arm. It is creamy and hydrating but went on a tad patchy.
“Izzy” is a bright fuchsia. Normally I’m not a pink or fuchsia fan, but this one has the right undertones. I think it would look good on everyone!
“Layne” is a dusty rose leaning medium mauve shade. This pink is super creamy and if possible I think creamier than the rest in the set.
“Lucky” is a cool toned hot pink. This vibrant pink is way out of my comfort zone! I never in a million years would have tried this color. But I am so glad I did! The cool tones of this hot pink go well with the cool undertones of my skin.
“Maggie” is a deep berry shade. I was a bit unimpressed with this berry lipstick. Berry tones are some of my favorites in the fall but this one seems like it is more berry in the tube than on my lips.
“Tommy” is a blurple tone creamy shade. Wowza! This is not me but I still love it so much! I think it needs more than one layer though and it should build up nicely.
Whelp! So you just read my very first lipstick only post. What did you think?
Thanks for reading!
