I have the new Pahlish September 2017 Releases to show you today!
It has been over a year since I started swatching for Pahlish. In that time they have released many collections, duos, Bespoke Batches, and customs. It amazes me how they can still be so original and make new and interesting colors. The Pahlish September 2017 Releases are like nothing I have seen from them before. And I am excited to share them with you all! All of the polishes I am going to show you today release on September 10th at 7pm CDT.
PAHLISH SEPTEMBER 2017 RELEASES
First I am going to show you the new September shades and then a new duo. Everything applied easily with no issues.
“Pumpkin Carriage” is a pumpkin crelly with holo flakes and copper sparks. Shown is three thin coats plus top coat.
“Hypnos” is a lavender leaning mauve crème with red to green multichrome shimmer. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Because of the multichrome shimmer I have a few extra photos of this one.
“U-Pick” is a deep blackberry jelly with holographic flakes, multichrome chameleon flakes, and orange chameleon glitters. Shown is two coats plus top coat. This would look fantastic matte!
“Wavelength” is a bright, ultramarine blue crelly with red shimmer that makes it lean purple. It also has holographic flakes. Shown is two coats plus top coat. I am loving this one so much! And I forgot to use a base coat while swatching. I only remembered as I was applying the top coat. Guess what? No staining! I thought for sure this one would be a stainer. Something about bright blues always get me.
“Equinox” is a burgundy with red/gold multichrome shimmer and holo flakes. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
This is another one I have extra photos of to capture the shift.
ORPHAN BLACK DUO
Loving the colors of this duo so much. It just screams fall!
“Castor” is an olive green crelly with a red shimmer. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
“Leda” is a sheer black with rose gold foil flakes and holographic flakes. Shown is two coats plus top coat. All of the flakes make this one look more brown than black.
I also did some nail art using Castor and Leda. The neutral crème is Saddle Shoes & Sock Hops from Glisten & Glow. I added the leaves using Pueen Secret Garden 02 stamping plate and their Hathaway Gold and black stamping polishes. The design was being hidden with a glare when I had a glossy top coat, so I added Glisten & Glow’s Matte Top Coat.
