Today I have the Girly Bits Indie Expo Canada 2018 shades to show you.
This year Girly Bits has three IEC event polishes and all of them are limited edition. They will be available online for a few months after the event beginning in early July with the exception of the thermal which will not be available online during the summer months due to the instability of the thermal pigments in the summer heat. Let’s check out the Girly Bits Indie Expo Canada 2018
GIRLY BITS INDIE EXPO CANADA 2018
“Zed” is a magenta to copper to green multichrome that shows blue and purple at the edges with a sprinkling of prism holo flakes and green to yellow iridescent flakes. For those that don’t know, in Canada they say “Zed” at the end of the alphabet instead of “Zee.” Pam says this really messes up the entire rhyming part of the song. 😉 Shown is two coats plus top coat.
NORTH OF 42
“North of 42” is a teal green base with a slight violet to gold shift, lots of holographic sparkle, and green to blue shifting iridescent flakes in multiple sizes. Pam’s hometown of Kingsville is the southernmost town in all of mainland Canada and they sit at the 42nd parallel which is 42.0363º to be exact. Shown is three coats plus top coat.
THE FOMO IS REAL
“The FOMO is Real” is an orange to pink thermal with a multitude of iridescent color shifting flakes in gold, purple, pink, and green with a kiss of holo flakes. This was inspired by the Toronto skyline photo that was used on the Indie Expo website this year. The ‘fear of missing out’ on this one is real because it will not be available online until a possible re-release in the fall. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
