Time for the Colors by Llarowe Winter 2017 Collection.
Let me just start by saying that I hate the “W” word. Mainly because I hate that season. Cold and snowy and blowy and miserable. I want nothing to do with it. But because some people do like winter *shudder* we get beautiful polishes! Leah Ann from Colors by Llarowe made a six piece winter collection that is stunning and it can be yours on November 1st at 12pm MDT until November 8th at 12pm MDT. Let’s check out the Colors by Llarowe Winter 2017 collection.
COLORS BY LLAROWE WINTER 2017
Application was a breeze for these polishes and three of them are ONE coaters! Even for me!
“Figgy Pudding” is a deep plum leaning berry with prismatic holo flakes. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
“Layer Cake” is a sheer violet jelly base topper with copper/red to green flakes. Shown is two coats over black plus top coat.
This is shifty so I took extra photos.
MEAN MR. GRINCH
“Mean Mr. Grinch” is a deep blackened copper multichrome that shifts from deep green to copper to black with an intense green shimmer. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Not sure what it is about this green but I’m loving it so hard!
PARADE OF LIGHTS
“Parade of Lights” is a deep navy multichrome that shifts from navy to royal blue to bright green with added prismatic holographic flakes. Shown is ONE coat plus top coat.
This is another shifty one so I went a bit heavy on the photos.
PLUM READY FOR SUMMER
“Plum Ready for Summer” is a medium plum with a glowing prismatic holographic finish and a strong orchid flame. Shown is ONE coat plus top coat. The ‘glow’ is one of my favorite effects!
“Topaz Fire” is a deep blurple prismatic glowing holographic with a lavender flame. Shown is ONE coat plus top coat. Now remember, blurples are super hard to photograph. It always leans more blue on my laptop and purple on my phone.
I played around with a few of the colors and came up with the design below. It is half wet brush and half blobbicure. Not sure what to call it but I really like it!
And of course I couldn’t stop so I added stamping using Uber Chic Beauty plate 18-01.
